AgelessRX is slowing the process of aging by providing affordable and convenient longevity prescriptions and therapies that often require doctor approval. Their lean team was able to identify market needs that would grow the business, which meant they would need to build a tool that would give their operations the flexibility to scale.
AgelessRX approached us to automate all their customer, partner touch points such as gathering customer health history as it pertains to the product they are purchasing, verifying customers’ identification, scheduling meetings with the doctors, communicating actionable items back to customers, sending the prescriptions to the pharmacies and completing customers’ orders.
Working closely with AgelessRX we were able to build a web based operations portal and a mobile friendly customer portal in 5 months. The partnership between AgelessRX, Serendip, the dev team provided by Fanzoo Technology and the marketing team provided by BAM Strategy was fluid and transparent. We meet every week to align on work being done and next objectives, allowing us to learn from each other and prepare for what is next.
